Container and Packaging assumes no responsibility for suitability of any container or closure for customer's particular use. It is the customer's responsibility to do product compatibility testing with containers and closures selected by the customer. Customer is responsible to comply with any State and Federal laws. Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, and noninfringement. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from customer's selection and use of containers and closures supplied by us. Container and Packaging makes no warranties that the products comply with individual State or Federal regulations.

Under California Proposition 65, manufacturers have primary responsibility to provide any product warnings. Container and Packaging works with manufacturers to ensure product information is available to customers and that we comply with all requests. If you have any questions about the content of a product and potential WARNINGS, please make this request with customer service.

Due to the different combinations of ingredients, in particular active ingredients and essential oils, certain plastics may react poorly with your products and become defective. We cannot guarantee that any container will function properly with your particular product.

Information we collect
Our site functions to service our customers and allow them to fulfill their needs as easily and unobtrusively as possible. This includes services for online purchasing as well as email contact information, which allows us to easily provide support to our customers. We collect the following items of information:

Information Use
The information we collect is only used to process orders and correct shipping to our customers. All email information is used to reply to questions we have received from our customers or to provide order confirmation and package tracking information. We do not provide any information to outside parties except shipping information required to deliver products to customers. All credit card information is stored securely with Authorize.net which is a secure third-party vendor.

The return process should be relatively quick and painless. Returns will be issued within the following criteria:

• Notify us within 30 days of receipt of any product you wish to return.
• Products must be shipped back within 14 days of the return authorization date.
• Return shipping charges will apply.
• All returned bundles must be complete and in unused, original condition for resale.

Products purchased with Container and Packaging are not manufactured or stored in a sterile facility and may need cleaning and/or sterilization depending on the packaging content and/or specific usage. Container and Packaging is not responsible for product cleanliness and it is your responsibility to clean items before use, depending on the use you intend for them. You are responsible for determining the sterility/cleanliness requirements for the product you intend to place within the purchased items. All items are sold as is.

The information presented on the website is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at your own risk. The website may include statements and/or opinions provided by third parties. Container is not responsible, or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

Bundles, by Container and Packaging, accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, payments.  We do not accept COD's, cash or checks.

To inquire about cancelling an order, please call us at 1-800-473-4144. Generally an order can be cancelled up until the time it is processed. However, once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Our standard warehouse processing time is 1 - 2 business days. Please allow an additional 3 - 7 business days for transit. From order placement to receipt of the product, orders may take between 4 to 9 business days.

Unless specifically requested, orders will ship via UPS Ground. You can expedite shipping by selecting one-day delivery for the UPS cost applied at check out.

No international shipping is available for Bundles.

Standard state sales tax is applied based on the state where products are being sold.
